The Lake District is famous for its Lakes with a grand total 16 from Windermere in the South all the way up to Bassenthwaite in the North. There is more to the Lake District than its lakes, with tarns, rivers and waterfalls in abundance. I've spent more hours than I can count frequenting the lakes, tarn and waterfalls of Lakeland and these are always places that bring me great joy and contentment.

In this gallery I share some of my favourite images and locations from around the Lake District.
